Deposit Schedule
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the estimated total cost of the program is due at the time of booking. Balance is due upon receipt of invoice at the close of the event.
Residents and Commuters
Residents
Accommodations are simple, retreat-style rooms with shared bath and shower
Check in time is 3:00 pm; Check out time is 1:00 pm
Late check out fee of $12 added to group invoice
Sleeping rooms reserved for group are based on availability at the time of booking; please check availability before promising rooms to participants

Commuters
Daily fee for non-residents is $12.50 per day

Food & Beverage
Organic meals include coffee, tea, lemonade, ice tea, and soda.

If a group orders breakfast, you are entitled to a mid-morning break in the dining room, which includes beverages and any pastries that may be left over from breakfast. The same is true for lunch with an afternoon break. Additional break items need to be ordered in advance and will be charged accordingly. If breakfast is not served, the group is not entitled to a mid-morning break in the dining room unless ordered in advance and paid ala carte. The same is true for lunch and the afternoon break. Additional charges will apply if break service is required outside of the dining room. Please refer to Coffee Break Options for ala carte items. For groups over 75, additional food service staff may be required for an additional fee.

Meal times are listed below. Any exceptions to service outside of these hours may incur an additional charge of $1.00 per person if such service results in an additional cost to the caterer. The serving period will not exceed one hour.

If equipment must be rented from an outside source, the charges plus a 10% surcharge will be assessed. Pacifica technical support is available for $20 per hour if available. If technical support is provided by an outside source, fees may be higher.

Important information:
No animals are allowed on campus, in the classrooms, or in the sleeping rooms
Children under 18 are not allowed on campus and may not sleep overnight
Only those who are attending a program may sleep overnight
Reception staff on duty from 7:00 am-12:00 midnight
Security staff on duty from 12:00 midnight to 7:00 am
